Digital Marketing Manager

HOURS:  Full Time (40 hrs per week); Very Flexible Hours; 1099 Contract

COMPENSATION: $21.50/hr — $45,000/annually

WHERE: Remote (But must be located in Brunswick or Horry County)

ABOUT COASTAL RACE PRODUCTIONS:
We are a sports tourism company that focuses on running/walking events in the local community. We host 20,000+ participants ~ 50,000+ people to the local area annually for our events from all 50 states and a few countries. We also manage a local non-profit “RunCRP” that coordinates weekly club running, a women’s only run/walk workshop, facilitates 10,000 lbs of food donations for the local food bank annually and donates over $30,000/yr to local non-profit groups.

ROLE/TASKS:

  1. Social Media Management: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  2. Forum & Facebook Group Engagement
  3. Graphic Creation
  4. PR/SEO Outreach
  5. Store/Club/Group Outreach
  6. Manage Ambassadors and Influencers

SKILLS:

  1. We’re looking for good people. Experience working remote, with a team, tracking tasks/time while working primarily on your own is a big plus.
  2. Full understanding of social media management. How TikTok works, how to effectively post across social platforms and manage a content calendar.
  3. Design skills are a plus and working with Canva.
  4. Google Apps – we use this for a lot of the business.
  5. You’ve got to work great with a team and be very organized. In a small company, we all wear many hats so you’ve got to be flexible to shift from one task to another.

– Computer Savvy: Email, documents, spreadsheets
– Graphic Design: Proficient with Canva or other simple image editing tools is helpful – but not required.
