Sponsorship Sales Manager

Your main responsibility will be selling sponsorships to businesses that want to get engaged in the community and market their business in front of participants. This includes door-to-door sales, outside sales and managing any leads that come in. You will put together sponsorship packages, manage their activation and oversee race expos.

As a secondary role, we all need to pitch in when it comes to things like shipping large amounts of packages and of course each race weekend.

 

Skills:

  • Computer proficient: Email, documents, spreadsheets, etc..
  • Design: This can help but not necessary.
  • Sales Experience is a plus!

Most importantly – we’re looking for someone that loves the running community and is great working as a team.

 

Schedule:  You may work when/where you want for the most part.  This is a 1099 contract position requiring 25-30 hours per week.

 

Compensation:  Starting at $15/hr. – open to a commission split once trained.

Volunteer Coordinator

Your main responsibility will be connecting with non-profits and volunteer groups leading up to each race to solicit volunteers.  This requires a lot of communication and outreach finding groups and getting 50+ volunteers for each event.

As a secondary role, we all need to pitch in when it comes to things like shipping large amounts of packages and each race weekend.

 

Skills:

  • Computer proficient: Email, documents, spreadsheets, etc..
  • Design: This can help but not necessary.
  • Very organized

Most importantly – we’re looking for someone that loves the running community and is great working as a team.
