BE PART OF THE RACE – JOIN THE CREW

 POSITIONS:

• EXPO CREW – This includes various tasks at the Health & Fitness Expo the day before the race.
• COURSE CREW – Age 18 and over this includes everything on course to host a successful and safe road race.
• JR. COURSE CREW – Primarily Water Stop positions for ages 12 and over.
• RACE FESTIVAL CREW – Includes various tasks in and around the start and finish line area.
• PARKING – This is the early shift typically starts by 5:15am.
• PHOTOGRAPHER – capturing runners as they cross the finish line. (camera required)
• FLEX CREW – This is the MVP of the volunteer force!  Sadly, we always have a few no shows race morning and we need folks that are willing to go anywhere and do whatever is needed.  Must be highly adaptable. 

PERKS:

Earn a free future race entry credit value upto $50 OR receive a donation to the non-profit of your choice. We donate over $20,000 to local non-profits each year and we love doing it! When you register to volunteer, you’ll choose that you’re “Volunteering For Future Race” or you’ll select the non-profit group you’d like to receive a donation!
– Don’t see your group? Email us and we’ll add it!
– If you select a future race credit, you’ll receive this code to use during registration within 1-2 weeks following the event.
– How much of a donation? See the chart below – it’s based on how many volunteers and what position your group volunteers for.

PLUS – All volunteers receive some nice race swag from the event like a tshirt or hat.
